Post Nintendo Direct, the Splatoon 2 Twitter account has returned to detailing new and existing weapon types. Today, the ParaShelter – this one is coming through a DLC Update.
This looks to be a DLC Update judging from the end of the Tweet. Will they all be free? Time will tell.
This is the ParaShelter.
Similar to an umbrella, it’s “Shelter” appearance gives the name for this new type of weapon.
When you lightly press the shoot button, a spread-shot is fired.
Pressing for a long time opens the Umbrella, and defends you from a degree of damage.
Further, if you continue to hold the shoot button, it can be used to shoot away!
This weapon will be available for purchase through an added update to users.

カサのような見た目の「シェルター」と呼ばれる新しいタイプのブキだ。
ボタンを短く押すと拡散弾を発射。
長押しすることでカサが開き、ある程度のダメージを防いでくれる。
さらに押し続けると、飛ばして使うことができる！
