The Splatoon 2 Sploosh-o-matic joins the ever growing arsenal for Inklings starting tomorrow (8/5) morning – right on time for the Splatfest.
A returning weapon from the original Splatoon, the Sploosh-o-matic has a very limited range, but fires extremely fast. Not only that, it packs a massive damage punch too. The Splatoon 2 version equips users with the Curling Bomb Sub Weapon, and the Splashdown Special Weapon.
This is the 3rd weapon to arrive as free DLC since launch – so far that makes three weekends in a row. It launches in Japan roughly 16 hours from now – you can expect it to follow suit in other regions around the same time. Be sure to follow the Twitter for instant updates as they break.
Tomorrow (8/5) at 11AM, the new Weaponn [Sploosh-o-matic] will be added.
While it’s range is extremely low, it excels with firing speed and strong attack damage – it’s a Shooter type perfect for close range battles.
Quickly dive into your opponents face and disrupt their front line.
The Sub Weapon is Curling Bombs, and the Special Weapon is the Splashdown.

The Japanese name for the Sploosh-o-matic is Bold Marker 「ボールドマーカー」 – is it Bold Marker? Or Borudo Marker, the name of a Japanese cleaning product? I somehow doubt it’s the latter.
