In addition to The Chairman’s ability to command shock-waves, while he’s in a pinch, he gains the Pump Up ability.
In other words…the ability to move around at super speed, while throwing charged up attacks, as well as extra armour!
Chairman, the morale of recent fighters has been in disarray! Please, provide us with your leadership!
As mentioned here, the Max Brass DLC is expected to drop within the next few weeks as part of the next ARMS Update.
