Master Mummy is a human, who wears clothes, and fights with extendable ARMS made out of bandages. So…why does he also need to wrap himself in bandages, if he’s already wearing clothes? Biff even managed to sneak a JoJo’s reference here as he describes Master Mummy in suburbia. In anime and manga, writers have a tendency to describe how a character feels using onomatopoeia. Biff has taken a page out of that book, as Master Mummy is grumbling down the aisle.
